Tori Maidenberg, LMSW

 

Tori is an impassioned therapist with extensive professional training in a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy, as well as Couples and Family Therapy. She earned her degree from Columbia University, where she participated as a fellow in Columbia’s Dialectical Behavior Training Program, conducted in collaboration with the Behavioral Tech Institute, founded by Marsha Linehan. Having worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults, Tori has cultivated a wealth of experience and expertise in addressing a wide range of therapeutic needs across the lifespan.

Tori’s focus lies in the treatment of emotional and interpersonal dysregulation, OCD, anxiety-related disorders, social anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, as well as couples and family issues. She is committed to guiding individuals on their journey towards discovering effective coping strategies and fostering mental wellness, always approaching her clients with respect, compassion, and warmth. Employing a strength-based, collaborative, and insight-oriented approach, Tori empowers individuals to cultivate meaning, joy, success, and personal growth in their everyday lives and relationships.
